These numbers are just a base. They don't account for a lot of other things that factor into how many Macros/calories you need. If you need more help reach out.
Id suggest getting approx. 1 gram of protein per LB of lean body weight or goal weight. A typical base of calories would be to multiply your weight or goal weight by these numbers:

Fat loss: 10-12
Maintenance: 14-16
Muscle gain: 20-22
